§ 111-1. Deposit of grass, leaves, brush and litter in receptacles required.

It shall be unlawful for any person to throw or dispose of any grass clippings, leaves, twigs, brush, sweepings, dust, ashes, offal, garbage, paper, handbills, bottles, cans, dirty or polluted liquid or any other refuse upon the street, sidewalk, vacant lot, public place or elsewhere in the Town except in receptacles provided for such purpose.
