§ 1-6. Failure to pay fine.

Upon failure of an individual to pay the fine noted on the citation when required, the Mayor and Council shall give written notice of the infraction to the recipient and the recipient's failure to pay the required fine on time. Failure to pay the fine or give notice of intent to stand trial may result in an additional fine or adjudication by the court.
