§ 245-30. Permitted uses.

A building or land shall be used only for the following purposes:

A.
Any use permitted in the R-1 Single-Family Residential District.

B.
Two-family dwellings, subject to the special regulations of § 245-114.

C.
Townhouses, subject to the special regulations of § 245-114C.

D.
Multiple-family dwellings.
