§ 245-88. Permitted uses.

  • A building or land may be used for a variety of mixed uses including those generally permitted in the R-2, R-3, B-1 and C-1 Districts, subject to site plan review and approval by the Planning and Zoning Commission, with the exception that no apartments or other multiple-family dwellings will be permitted on the first floor of any building located in the Town Center Redevelopment Overlay District.
