§ 32-1. Definitions.

  • In this chapter, the following terms have the meanings indicated.
    CAMPFIRE
    The controlled burning of wood in a limited circle at camp or other types of organized social gatherings. This chapter does not pertain to campfires.
    OPEN FIRE
    A fire where any material is burned in the open or in a receptacle other than a furnace, incinerator, or other equipment connected to a stack or chimney.
    PUBLIC COLLECTION OF REFUSE
    The service provided by any governmental agency or commercial enterprise for the pickup on a regularly scheduled basis of refuse from groups of individual homes, businesses, apartment buildings, or other establishments.
