§ 9-2. Prohibited actions.

  • No person shall cause, suffer or allow any emissions of gases, vapors or odors beyond the property line from which said emissions occur, and no permitted use shall be so operated as to allow the emission into the air of any gases, vapors, or odors beyond the property from which the use is operated in sufficient quantities and of such characteristics and duration as is or is likely to be injurious to the public welfare, to the health of human, plant or animal life, or to property, or which interferes with the enjoyment of life and property which shall be offensive and obnoxious to the public.
